Bay Area Chapter Meeting

The California Medical Instrumentation Association's (CMIA) Bay Area Chapter meetings usually take place on 2nd Wednesday of each month. Please be sure that the Chapter has your current e-mail address! We are now using email delivery as an adjunct to the postal service in delivering the newsletter (MS Word format). We are also using Evite Invitations (Evite.com on the internet) to get a count of how many are going to attend to make the food service as efficient as possible. Respond to the invitation by clicking “yes, I will attend” or “no, I will not attend” below the invitation. You can leave it in your E-mail inbox if you area’t immediately sure, but PLEASE respond at least 2 days prior to the meeting.

  Happy Holidays!  NorCal, Capitol, and Bay Area Chapters will have a joint December Social dinner this year.  The buffet style dinner includes:

The price is $25 per person, paid at the door.  This includes two complimentary drinks per meal.  Feel free to bring your significant other as well as any other guests that may be interested in socializing and spreading Holiday Cheer.

If interested, you can donate an unwrapped gift to The Mary Graham Children's Shelter in Stockton, CA.  The Stockton Ports are pleased to announce their partnership with Conquest Imaging for the Ports' 2nd annual Holiday Toy Drive. All members who donate a gift will receive a ticket from Conquest Imaging for the raffle drawing.



We will dedicate this year's December social to Brad Dolliver for his dedication to the CMIA. 



Also, Conquest Imaging will be presenting the CMIA with a check for $500 to be put towards the Frank Yip scholarship on behalf of Brad Dolliver the evening of the holiday meeting. Mark Conrad, President and Founder of Conquest Imaging will be presenting the check to Mary Dolliver and Eddie Acosta.
